Application Process
Applications must be received no later than June 27, 2025.
The Board of Directors holds one meeting annually in the fall to consider grant proposals for that year. The Board has the responsibility for the final approval of each grant.
The Foundation receives funding requests in excess of its ability to fund, so only a portion of requests can be approved. Please note that the decision not to fund a proposal does not reflect on the merits of the applicant or the value of the proposal.
After the board meeting, the Foundation will communicate decisions on all requests via phone calls to the contact person at the applying organizations. Applicants whose proposals have been approved will also receive a Letter of Agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the grant.
After an authorized organization official has signed and returned the Letter of Agreement to the Foundation office -- thereby indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions -- the Foundation will establish a schedule for grant payments.

Give grants to individuals
Support school trips, testimonial dinners, fundraisers or marketing events
